TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of interior furniture for newly renovated premises of the Trenčín Castle part, under the project “Conversion of the First Gate into an art residence”. The purpose of this procurement is to furnish the premises of the art residence with furniture that will ensure functional and comfortable conditions for the short-term accommodation of artists, while respecting the historical character of the building. The contract includes, in particular: • furniture – a folding table and chairs intended for outdoor use, a footstool, a dining table and chairs, a coat rack, two beds including mattresses, a stand with a worktop and a work chair. • installation, delivery and fitting of all supplied elements, including ensuring their safe anchoring and connection (if needed); • provision of technical documentation and warranty service to the extent specified in the purchase contract. The furniture will be placed outdoors on the terrace on the 2nd above-ground floor and indoors on the 2nd and 3rd above-ground floors of the renovated building of the Gate Tower.
