• Cost Management: Adherence to a total cost cap of EUR 7,000,000 gross (Cost Groups 300-500) and preliminary cost ceilings (e.g., EUR 3,600,000 gross for Cost Group 300, EUR 1,900,000 gross for Cost Group 400). The contractor is obligated to perform planning-accompanying cost tracking, sub-dividing costs by quantity and associated expenses, and proposing alternatives if cost limits are exceeded.
• Sustainability Focus: Planning must align with principles of sustainable, resource-efficient, and economical architectural solutions, applying the "Zielwertkatalog" (target value catalog).
• Specific Special Services (Besondere Leistungen): These are integral to the planning and include tasks such as:
• Developing comparative calculations for multiple solution possibilities (e.g., 3 variants) during LPH 2.
• Performing preliminary verifiable calculations for foundations during LPH 2.
• Providing earthquake security proofs during LPH 3.
• Conducting proofs for structural fire protection (including hot design if necessary) during LPH 4.
• Performing static proofs for non-structural constructions (e.g., facades) during LPH 4.
• Developing constructions and proofs of connections during LPH 5.
• Project Management: Immediate commencement of services after contract signing, adherence to agreed timelines, and prompt communication with short reaction times (e.g., responses to emails/calls within three working days, appointments within three working days, emergency appointments within 24 hours).
