TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of mobile loading and unloading ramps, in line with the Slovak Armed Forces (OS SR) capability to transport troops by rail, or with the fulfilment of transport tasks (loading/unloading). The subject of the contract also includes the delivery of a proposal for codification data for the goods that are the subject of the contract in accordance with STANAG 4177, pursuant to Section 13 of Act No 11/2004 Coll. on defence standardisation, codification and state verification of the quality of products and services for defence purposes, as amended, and of the Decree of the Ministry of Defence of the Slovak Republic No 476/2011 Coll., which provides for the details of the methodology for processing the proposal for codification data, the software equipment for processing proposals for codification data, the proposal for codification data, and the obligations of the product supplier in accordance with the applicable legal and technical standards, at its own expense and in its own costs, in accordance with the relevant legal and technical standards.
