TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the development of comprehensible foundations by the contractor (hereinafter referred to as the contractor or AN) for the selection of the modelling software for establishing a water balance model in the catchment area of the Löbauer Wasser. These are to be taken into account by the client (AG) in decision-making for the project work with regard to the intended use of suitable water balance models and the future tendering by the AG. For this purpose, the contractor has to provide the four service components a to d. • Service component (a) – initial assessment of seven current water balance models regarding: o the modelability of the effectiveness of measures for water retention in the area (cf. service component (b)), o the possibilities for calibration/validation (cf. service component (c)) of the water balance models, o the derivation of the fulfillment of requirements for the water balance (cf. service component (d)) from model results, and o other criteria.
