TENDER DESCRIPTION

The traffic areas to be redesigned adjoin existing buildings immediately at many points; therefore, it is advisable to carry out precautionary evidence preservation as a condition survey (here: out-of-court evidence preservation). To be able to estimate the scope of the construction works, site plans and standard cross-sections are attached to the documents. Construction period: The civil engineering works in the areas to be converted are expected to start in mid/end September 2026 and will be carried out in several construction phases. The construction measure takes place in temporal connection with the construction measure "TP 14 - redesign and enhancement of Viktoriastraße". The condition survey of the buildings on Viktoriastraße will be carried out via a separate tender. Since the street sections are not to be converted one after the other but across areas, a staggered condition survey is disadvantageous. For rough time orientation, traffic sign / construction phase plans are attached. In addition to the conversion areas of the measure "TP 10-11-12", these include the building plots of the measure "TP 14".
