TENDER DESCRIPTION

The traffic areas to be redesigned are immediately adjacent in many places to existing buildings; therefore, it is recommended to carry out precautionary evidence preservation as a record of the existing condition (here: out-of-court evidence preservation). To be able to assess the scope of the construction work, site plans and standard cross-sections are attached to the documents. Construction period: The civil engineering works in the areas to be converted are expected to start in mid/end September 2026 and will be carried out in several construction phases. The construction measure takes place in temporal connection with the construction measure "TP 14 - redesign and enhancement of Viktoriastraße". The recording of the existing buildings in Viktoriastraße is carried out via a separate invitation to tender. Since the road sections are not converted one after the other but across boundaries, a staged recording of the existing condition is unfavourable. For rough timing guidance, traffic sign / construction phase plans are attached.
