TENDER DESCRIPTION

The traffic area to be redesigned is, for the most part, directly adjacent to existing buildings; therefore, carrying out precautionary evidence preservation as a baseline survey (here: extrajudicial evidence preservation) is recommended. To be able to estimate the scope of the construction works, site plans and standard cross-sections are included with the documents. In the annex “Facades plan Viktoriastraße with colonnade designation”, the areas/lengths to be documented are marked in detail. Construction period: The civil engineering works in the area to be converted are expected to begin in January 2027 and will take place in several construction phases. For a rough time orientation, the traffic sign / construction-phase plans are attached. The baseline survey of the areas to be converted must be carried out immediately upon award of the contract. Construction start is planned for January 2027. The submission/hand-over of the prepared documentation should be made no later than 15.01.2027.
