TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the refurbishment and modernisation of the Old Fire Station as a socio-cultural centre, the building services technical equipment has been comprehensively considered in order to build a modern, cost-effective and sustainable building services (TGA) configuration that meets the requirements of a multi-purpose event and training building. The preliminary design for the Technical Building Equipment (see Appendix 8 - TGA explanatory report for LPH 2) already completed describes the recommended systems concept for the technical building equipment for the planned new construction of an event hall and the partial refurbishment of the existing administrative building of the Old Fire Station in Grevenbroich. The aim of the planning is the development of an economical, energy-efficient and sustainable supply concept that meets the differing usage requirements of a modern multi-purpose building. An adaptation of the plant and systems technology with regard to the existing building has been taken into account.
