TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the refurbishment and modernisation of the Old Fire Station as a socio-cultural centre, the technical building equipment has been comprehensively considered in order to construct a modern, economical and sustainable TBE (technical building equipment) installation that meets the requirements of a multifunctionally used event and training building. The preliminary design already completed for the Technical Building Equipment (see Appendix 8 - TBE explanatory report for LPH 2) describes the recommended plant concept for the technical building equipment for the planned new construction of an event hall and for a partial refurbishment of the existing administrative building of the Old Fire Station in Grevenbroich. The aim of the planning is the development of an economical, energy-efficient and sustainable supply concept that meets the different operational requirements of a modern multi-purpose building. Adjustments to the plant engineering relating to the existing building have been taken into account.
