The contract timeline is as follows:

• Contract Start Date: Monday, October 26, 2026 (calendar week 44/2026).
• Formal Acceptance (End Date): Calendar week 30/2027, approximately July 26, 2027.
• Total Duration: Approximately 39 weeks (from calendar week 44/2026 to calendar week 30/2027).
• Key Milestones/Phases:
• Works and Assembly Planning (W+M Planning): Calendar week 45/2026 to calendar week 03/2027.
• Installation: Starting from calendar week 04/2027.
• Commissioning: Calendar week 14 to 22/2027.
• Quality control / Test operation: Calendar week 23 to calendar week 29/2027.
• Acceptance: Calendar week 30/2027.
• Other key milestones for the client include Project start / KickOff, Planning and order approvals, Sampling / Factory delivery controls, Accessibility of rooms, Delivery of any provisions, and Dust-free rooms.
• Other key milestones for the contractor include Completion of planning documents, Start of installation work, and Final acceptance and handover of the overall system to operations.

The contract becomes effective upon signature by both parties and concludes with the acceptance, while the warranty period remains unaffected.

The core scope of work for this tender is the "Modernization of the infrastructure of the video studio in the multimedia laboratory at the Amberg site."

The Statement of Work (SOW) summary and core deliverables include:

• Delivery of components as specified in the description and price list.
• Configuration of VLANs for the ST2110 environment.
• Setup, assembly, installation, and integration of components into the existing signal infrastructure according to W+M planning.
• Provision of systems with current software versions.
• Placement of equipment at the intended location.
• Functional testing and handover in operational condition.
• Delivery, installation, and commissioning of a scalable, network-based media technology control and signal management system, including controller software (with base, hardware panel, NMOS, and user licenses), controller hardware, and suitable operating/management interfaces.
• Provision of powerful, managed network components supporting high-speed standards (e.g., 100-Gbit/s and 10-Gbit/s switches) for AV-over-IP and broadcast networks.
• Provision of a modular media network platform, including base hardware modules, compact edge/stagebox components, and application licenses for signal routing and multiviewer functions.
• Provision of optical transmission modules for single-mode and multi-mode fiber connections.
• Studio-related deliverables: Studio visualization and construction planning, studio construction (real set with light boxes, floor, monitor trolley cladding, acoustic panels), digital signage components (Ultra-Wide Display, mobile monitor stand, workstation, capture/playback card, media server software), and lighting & control elements (LED spotlights, DMX/RDM splitter, DMX controller).
• Control Room (Regie) related deliverables: Video mixing and processing, audio mixing and processing, graphics systems (1 Channel UHD GFX-Engine client/server, real-time graphics system with template set, installation, system instruction and admin training), VR/AR UHD Engine (real-time visualization system, software package for keying/automation/remote control, design editor, software maintenance/support, lite support/remote support, installation, system instruction and admin training, programmable desktop control panel).
• Signal Distribution deliverables: OGX-Frame (modular rack system, power supply, frame supports, video distribution amplifiers), Mobile SDI over Fiber Converter Stagebox, and ST2110 Equipment (gateways, licenses for SDI <> ST2110 conversion, color space conversion, shock mount cases, media network processor).
• Audio Monitoring and Recording equipment, including overview cameras.
• Mounting Material: Various patch cables, power cables/strips, patch panels, and other necessary components.
• Personnel Costs for Services: Project management, consulting, construction management, factory and assembly planning, assembly & installation, configuration & commissioning, quality inspection/acceptance, system briefings.
• Comprehensive Documentation: Detail plans, block diagrams, earth diagram, IT & network documentation, room furnishing/furniture plans, layouts of connection panels/patch panels, construction/elevation drawings, and statements on heat/electrical/fire loads.
• Training: System training, separate admin training, operator training, smart audio platform setup training, 2D GFX-training, VR/AR Editor Keyuser training, and VR/AR Engine Keyuser training.
• Optional Services: Daily rates for project leaders, engineers, technicians, installers, and helpers, and transport & travel costs.

The project officially starts on October 26, 2026 (KW 44/2026), with the formal acceptance of the overall system planned for July 26, 2027 (KW 30/2027). The contractor is responsible for the organizational and technical support of the project until its successful acceptance.
