TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object planner assumes the basic services of object planning for outdoor facilities according to the service profile of § 39 HOAI for the modernization of the secondary school Uchte. The services to be provided by the specialist planner are based on the service profiles of HOAI 2021. The object planning must provide the following basic services: - § 39 HOAI, Object Planning for Outdoor Facilities (service phases 1-9) The basic services for service phases 1-9 are awarded, except for basic service a) in phase 7 "Obtaining offers" according to the bidding table, which corresponds to a reduction of 0.1%. Furthermore, special services will be awarded, namely - Phase 1: Procuring or updating existing planning documents, creating inventory maps, - Phase 4: Preparing clearance and tree felling applications, - Phase 8: Creating an outdoor facilities inventory documentation. The detailed requirements for the object's planner's scope of services for basic and special services result from the service description (VU D), which is also made available as a tender document via the procurement portal.
