TENDER DESCRIPTION

The site planner assumes the basic services of site planning for outdoor facilities according to the service specifications of § 39 HOAI for the modernization of the Uchte Secondary School. The services to be provided by the specialist planner are based on the service specifications of HOAI 2021. The site planning must provide the following basic services: - § 39 HOAI, site planning for outdoor facilities (service phases 1-9) The basic services for service phases 1-9 are awarded, except for the basic service a) in service phase 7 "Obtaining offers" according to the Siemon table, which corresponds to a reduction of 0.1%. Furthermore, special services will be awarded, namely - Service phase 1: procurement or updating of existing planning documents, creation of inventory maps, - Service phase 4: preparation of clearing and tree felling applications, - Service phase 8: preparation of documentation for the existing outdoor facilities.
