TENDER DESCRIPTION

The administrative office building of the Kreisverwaltung Südliche Weinstraße is to be renovated in 4 construction phases, whereby the 4th construction phase is divided into sub-phases 4a and 4b. For the building automation trade, the installation of new building automation systems with connection to a building management system (GLT) provided on site is planned, together with the GLT provider. The scope of services includes, among other things: - Construction of four new MSR control cabinet(s), with a total of approximately 1,100 DDC hardware and communication data points. - Installation and commissioning of the MSR technology for twelve new AHU/air handling unit systems (RLT). - Integration (switching/connection) of fire protection dampers, variable volume flow controllers, exhaust air fans and sanitary installations. - Reprogramming and commissioning of the MSR technical functions. - Provision of the BACnet data points required for GLT integration (EDE file) and performance of a joint data point test with the provider of the GLT available on site. - The cabling is to be carried out by the client.
