TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service building of the South Wine Route district administration is to be renovated in 4 construction phases, with the 4th construction phase divided into sub-phases 4a and 4b. For the trade of building automation, replacement of the building automation with connection to building management system (BMS) building management technology (GLT) provided on the client side, manufacturer ICONAG, is planned. The scope of services includes, among other things: - Conversion of two existing and four new MSR control cabinet(s) with a total of approx. 1,800 DDC hardware and communication datapoints. - Replacement of the MSR technology for four existing HVAC air handling units as well as twelve new HVAC air handling units. - Connection of fire protection dampers, variable volume flow controllers, exhaust fans and sanitary installations. - Reprogramming and commissioning of the MSR technical functions. - Provision of the BACnet datapoints required for the GLT connection and carrying out a joint datapoint test with the service provider of the GLT provided on the client side. - The cabling is carried out by the client side.
