TENDER DESCRIPTION
Windows and external doors Olgastraße 9: As part of the refurbishment and modernisation of the listed building with change of use to residential construction, partial replacement of existing windows in accordance with restoration-friendly reproduction. Rework windows already replaced after 2010 and replace the glazing in accordance with sound insulation requirements. Maintenance work on existing windows including fine adjustment, maintenance of rooflights, maintenance of tilt-and-turn hardware. Integrate window-jamb ventilators into new and existing windows. Replace internal windowsills, and protect windowsills and fittings from the construction period accordingly. Close, insulate and install a vertical roller blind with mesh fabric in the existing roller shutter casing. Retrofit solar shading on existing and new windows. Replace existing external wooden tilt-and-turn door(s) with transom. Set up, provide for and clear the construction site for the work. Workshop drawings, product selection (specification) and performance-related documentation.
