Windows and exterior doors Olgastraße 9: As part of the renovation and modernisation of the listed building with change of use to residential construction, partial replacement of existing windows in accordance with a heritage-appropriate replica. Restore windows already replaced after 2010 and replace the glazing in accordance with sound insulation requirements. Maintenance work on existing windows including fine adjustment, maintenance of rooflights, maintenance of turn-tilt fittings. Integrate window-ventilation flap/louver vents (window head vents) into new and existing windows. Renew interior window sills; protect period (construction period) window sills and built-in components accordingly. Close and insulate existing roller shutter casing boxes; install a vertical roller blind/sun screen with mesh fabric. Retrofitting of sun protection on existing and new windows. Replace existing exterior wooden turn-swing door with transom light. Set up the site for the work, keep it available and clear it away.
