TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is services for object planning for buildings and outdoor facilities in accordance with Sections 34 and 39 HOAI in conjunction with Appendices 10 and 11 HOAI in service phases 1-9 (Lot 1). A phased and stage-by-stage appointment is planned. First, construction phase 1 will be commissioned, namely in stages: first service phases 1-2 (basic analysis and preliminary planning), then optionally service phases 3-4 (design planning and approval planning) and subsequently optionally service phases 5-9. Construction phase 2 may be called off at a later point in time, also in stages (service phases 1-2, 3-4 and 5-9). There is no legal entitlement to further commissioning; first, only a commitment is entered for service phases 1-2 of construction phase 1. The contracting authority’s cost assumptions (preliminary study) have so far been broken down only up to level 1 of the cost breakdown in accordance with DIN 276 (KG 200 to 600).
