TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is services for building and external facilities planning in accordance with §§ 34, 39 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 10 and 11 HOAI in the service phases 1-9 (Lot 1). Provision is made for staged and phased contracting. First, Construction Phase 1 is to be commissioned, also in stages: initially service phases 1-2 (determination of basic data and preliminary planning), then optionally service phases 3-4 (design and approval planning) and subsequently optionally service phases 5-9. Construction Phase 2 may be called off at a later point in time, also in stages (service phases 1-2, 3-4 and 5-9). There is no legal entitlement to further commissioning; initially, only an obligation is entered regarding service phases 1-2 of Construction Phase 1. The contracting authority’s cost estimates (preliminary study) have so far been broken down only up to the 1st level of cost breakdown according to DIN 276 (KG 200 to 600).
