TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority (AG) intends to modernise the lighting in the DGUV Academy in Dresden. The Academy of the German Statutory Accident Insurance (DGUV) carries out various tasks at the site Königsbrücker Landstraße 2, 01109 Dresden, including in the areas of qualification, research and advisory services as well as congress management. The relevant buildings, building 1 and building 3, are located on the campus of the property. Due to their nature as seminar, events and hotel properties, they are used with their buildings on 365 days a year and are already being planned for the coming years as well. The uses within the portfolio at the Dresden site have different focal points, which can be divided into the areas of office work, hotel services and event services. The office and administrative buildings are for the approximately 180 employees on the academy premises of the Berufsgenossenschaften (BG), around 100 of whom are regularly on site in the building.
