TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority (CA) intends to modernise the lighting in the DGUV Academy in Dresden. The Academy of the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV) carries out various tasks at the site Königsbrücker Landstraße 2, 01109 Dresden, including in the areas of qualification, research and advice, as well as congress management. The relevant buildings, Building 1 and Building 3, are located on the premises campus. The premises are used together with its buildings due to their nature as a seminar, event and hotel property on 365 days per year and are already planned in the same way for the coming years. The uses within the portfolio at the Dresden site have different focal points, which can be divided into office work, hotel services and event services. The office and administration buildings are used for approximately 180 employees on the premises of the academy of the trade associations (BG), of whom around 100 employees are regularly in Building 1 and 3.
