TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender are construction services for the modernisation of Hagen main railway station as part of the project “VP 01.3 – Construction of platforms 1 and 5 and expansion of the passenger underpass”. The scope of services essentially includes site set-up and construction logistics under railway operations, dismantling of existing platform, roof, stair, lift and tunnel facilities including disposal of the resulting materials, earthworks, civil engineering and drainage works, cable civil engineering works, the construction of platform edges and platform surfaces, the installation of platform canopies, and expansion and façade works in the area of the passenger underpass. The essential quantities include in particular: • Set-up of construction and storage areas of a total of approx. 2,200 m², • Dismantling of approx. 1,500 m² of platform surfacing and approx. 532 m of platform edges, • Excavation and backfilling works of a total of approx. 2,000 m³, • Disposal of approx. 1,235 t construction rubble, approx. 3,190 t soil material, approx. 48 t metals and approx. 90 t reclaimed timber, • Construction of approx. 1,068 m of platform edges including foundations and…
