TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the invitation to tender is construction work for the modernisation of Hagen main station as part of the project “VP 01.3 – Construction of Platforms 1 and 5 and extension of the passenger underpass”. The scope of services essentially includes site establishment and construction logistics under rail operations, the dismantling of existing platform, roof, stair, lift and tunnel facilities including disposal of the resulting materials, earthworks, civil engineering and drainage works, cable trench works, the construction of platform edges and platform surfaces, the erection of platform canopies, as well as extension and façade works in the area of the passenger underpass. The essential quantities include in particular: • setting up construction sites and storage areas of a total of approx. 2,200 m², • dismantling approx. 1,500 m² of platform surfacing and approx. 532 m of platform edges, • excavation and backfilling works totalling approx. 2,000 m³, • disposal of approx. 1,235 t of construction debris, approx. 3,190 t of soil material, approx. 48 t of metals and approx. 90 t of salvaged (reclaimed) wood, • construction of approx. 1,068 m of platform edges including…
