TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract for work for this part is complete preparation of design documentation and subsequent implementation (supply, installation, testing/measuring and commissioning) of structured cabling with an output protocol. The contract is awarded using the Design and Build method. The selected supplier assumes all responsibility for the preparation of the design documentation, the correctness and completeness of the bill of quantities, the selection of the technical solution, and the actual execution of the work itself. The design documentation itself will be prepared by the supplier to the extent necessary for the execution of the work (the contracting authority does not require the preparation of documentation in the stage intended for construction implementation). The proposed works and the design documentation itself must satisfy the condition that carrying out the works does not create the obligation to initiate a building permit proceeding under Act No. 283/2021 Sb., the Building Act, as amended.
