TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this contract for work is the complete preparation of the design documentation and the subsequent implementation (supply, installation, testing/measuring, and commissioning) of structured cabling with an output protocol. The contract is awarded using the Design and Build method. The selected supplier assumes full responsibility for preparing the design documentation, the correctness and completeness of the bill of quantities, the choice of the technical solution, and the actual execution of the work. The design documentation itself will be prepared by the supplier to the extent necessary for the execution of the work (the contracting authority does not require the preparation of documentation at the construction-execution stage). The proposed works and the design documentation itself must comply with the condition that by carrying out the works, no obligation will arise to initiate building proceedings pursuant to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended by later regulations.
