Modernizace PACS II

The contract is concluded for an indefinite period.

The contract becomes valid on the day it is signed by the Buyer and the Provider, and becomes effective on the day it is published in the contract register.

The contract can be terminated by a written agreement between the parties or by the Buyer in case of a material breach by the Provider.

The performance of the contract is divided into the following phases with deadlines from the contract's effectiveness:

• Phase 0 (analytical phase): within 30 calendar days.
• Phase 1a: within 75 calendar days.
• Phase 1b: within 90 calendar days.
• Phase 2 (verification phase): within 120 calendar days.
• Phase 3 (completion phase): within 150 calendar days.
• Support Services: for an indefinite period from the acceptance of the performance, but at the latest until the termination of the Contract in accordance with Article 13 of the Contract.

The core scope of work for this tender primarily involves the modernization of PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) technology to meet the customer's requirements.

The Statement of Work (SOW) includes:

• Comprehensive delivery and implementation of the PACS technology, referred to as the Information System.
• Delivery of necessary hardware (HW) infrastructure, system software (SW), and workstations required for the Information System's operation.
• Provision of support services, including ongoing updates necessitated by legislative changes.

The project is structured into several core phases:

• Phase 0 (Analytical phase): Involves project management and the creation of an implementation analysis, detailing the target state.
• Phase 1 (Implementation phase): Focuses on the delivery and installation of all required HW components, setup of HW and system SW (Phase 1a), and the implementation of the Information System in a test environment (Phase 1b).
• Phase 2 (Verification phase): Includes testing the full functionality of the HW and SW infrastructure, training users and administrators, providing updated documentation (user, as-built, system, and project documentation), and transitioning to trial operation while resolving any defects.
• Phase 3 (Completion phase): Encompasses data migration from existing systems to the new Information System, finalizing implementation, and moving the system into live operation.
• Ongoing Support Services: Provided after the completion phases.

Key deliverables and services also include:

• Project management for the solution delivery.
• Analysis and proposal development, including detailed implementation procedures and configuration.
• Installation and configuration of both HW and SW infrastructure.
• Development of specific system parts, such as interfaces for integration with other systems.
• Initial data migration, importing specified data and metadata.
• Verification of system functionality.
• Delivery of comprehensive system documentation.
• Equipping various workplaces, including description workstations, mammography workstations, and workstations for providing image documentation on media (with CD/DVD burners).
• Software for orthopedic surgery planning and corresponding workstations.
• Ensuring secure distribution and access to medical imaging documentation across the hospital, externally, and with other specialized facilities.
• User training and familiarization with system functionalities and operation.
