TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the Modernisation of the existing public transport priority system, which is already no longer sufficient for making use of the capabilities of modern traffic signal controller units (SSZ), in particular for the early detection of vehicles of interest and the setting of priorities for vehicle passages. The currently capacity-insufficient transmission network will be replaced by communication within ITS-G5 in accordance with the ETSI TS 103 301 and ETSI EN 302 636 1,2,3,4,5,6 standards. With the aim of ensuring communication with intersection equipment in the C-ITS standard, within the project the modernisation of their control system will be carried out for public transport vehicles (trams and DPMO buses), primarily concerning on-board computers, units for communication with intersection controller units (OBU), communication units (wifi, GSM, GNSS), digital warning/annunciator devices, power supply units and receivers for the blind.
