TENDER DESCRIPTION

The investment project is divided into a total of three separate contracts – Infrastructure, Energy, and Security and signalling devices, which form a single functional whole. The subject of this contract is the construction of the work “Modernisation of the railway section Hradec Králové (excluding) – Týniště nad Orlicí (excluding) – Infrastructure” (hereinafter “Infrastructure”). The basic subject matter of the Contract for the Infrastructure part is defined by the list of objects that are stated in Annex 7.1.1 to the Special Technical Conditions (Part 2, Section 8 of the Procurement Documents). Further specification of the subject matter of the Public Contract is set out in other parts of the procurement documents.
