The subject matter of this public contract for construction work constitutes one of the services, which together form a single functional unit (the structure/the entire investment project) and are awarded in temporal connection. The contracting authority has divided the subject matter of the functional unit of the structure into parts, and the individual services representing these parts are awarded in separate procurement procedures. The investment project is divided into a total of three separate contracts – Infrastructure, Energy, and Signalling and communications equipment, which form a single functional unit.
