The subject matter of this public contract for construction works represents one of the services that together form a single functional unit (the building/the entire investment project) and are awarded in temporal connection. The contracting authority has divided the subject matter of the functional unit of the building into parts, and the individual services representing these parts are awarded in separate procurement procedures. The investment project is divided into a total of three separate contracts – Infrastructure, Energy, and Signalling and communications equipment – which together form a single functional unit.
