TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the supply of new (not refurbished) medical devices and equipment (3T magnetic resonance with a contrast agent pressure injector) including assembly, installation, commissioning of the supplied equipment, and operator training, aiming to equip (renew) the workplace with a set of medical instrumental devices. The subject of the public contract also includes the provision of contractual full service support for a period of 10 years (including 2 years of free warranty service + 8 years of fixed monthly payment after the warranty period ends). The public contract is not divided into parts pursuant to the provisions of § 101 of the Public Procurement Act, and participants are entitled to submit only offers including all items of the subject of the public contract.
