TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the modernisation of the Komín depot, including the demolition of existing structures and the construction of new operational and technological units. The execution of the public contract will take place with partial operation of the depot. In the initial phase of performance, the selected supplier will prepare the documentation and other materials necessary for the removal of existing structures, including the demolition bill of quantities, and will ensure the relevant engineering activities needed to commence demolition works. After the conditions necessary for their execution have been met, the demolition of the existing structures will subsequently be initiated. In parallel with the preparation of materials for demolition and the performance of demolition works, the selected supplier will prepare the design documentation for the new construction and carry out the related engineering activities. Therefore, the commencement and execution of the demolition works will not be conditional upon completion of the design documentation for the new construction in its entirety.
