The contract timeline consists of two main parts: the delivery of the Work (Dielo) and the provision of SLA services.

For the Work (Dielo):

• Contract Start Date: The contractor is obliged to start fulfilling the subject of the Contract based on a written request from the Client.
• Contract End Date: The work must be completed no later than 17 months from the date the Client's written request to perform is delivered.
• Total Duration: 17 months.
• Key Milestones/Phases:
• The work will be performed in stages, with a detailed schedule proposed in the Project Initiation Document (PID).
• The stages include at least analytical, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and acceptance.
• Submission and approval of a Detailed Design Solution is required.
• A final report on the execution of the Work must be submitted no later than 30 calendar days from the signing of the Final Acceptance Protocol.

For SLA Services:

• Contract Start Date: The provision of SLA services begins on the day the "Service Setup Stage" ends, or on the effective date of the SLA if there was a previous provider.
• Contract End Date: The services are provided for a basic period of 60 months from the effective date of the SLA. This period can be extended by an option (Option 1) for a maximum of 24 months, making the total duration 84 months.
• Total Duration: 60 months, with a potential extension to 84 months.
• Key Milestones/Phases:
• Service Setup Stage.
• Sharp Operation of Services.
• Service Termination Stage: This phase lasts for the last three months before the SLA expires.
• Exit Plan: The provider must create and submit an Exit Plan to the Client no later than 12 months before the planned termination of the SLA.

The core scope of work for this tender centers on the "Automation of the process of reviewing court files" for the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic.

The high-level summary of the Statement of Work and core deliverables includes:

Purpose: To provide a clear description of the contract's subject, the context of the proposed solution, the current and target state, the scope of required activities, and rules for interpreting requirements.

Core Objectives:

• Improve systemic support for the client's internal and decision-making processes.
• Develop digital services for participants in proceedings and the general public.
• Modify and extend existing functionalities of the information system based on the client's needs.
• Modernize the technological and integration foundation of the solution to achieve the target state.

Functional Scope:

• Implementation and modification of functionalities detailed in the Requirements Catalog.
• Development of existing system modules and functional parts.
• Introduction or modification of cross-cutting functions, such as authorization management, document handling, and notifications.
• Ensuring functional integration with existing information systems and services necessary for the client's agenda.

Key Deliverables/Activities by the Supplier:

• Analysis and refinement of requirements as defined by the client.
• Design of the solution in accordance with requirements and initial conditions specified in the tender documents.
• Implementation and configuration of the solution.
• Testing and deployment of the solution into production.
• Preparation and submission of all necessary documentation.
• Cooperation with the client throughout the project execution.
• Detailed Solution Design documentation, including:
• Detailed specification of requirements for the Work.
• Functional design specifying the functional architecture of individual components and process descriptions.
• Technical design providing a detailed description of technical specifications for individual components.

The project aims to address the current manual, administratively intensive, and time-consuming process of providing information from court files to participants. The detailed requirements are specified in the binding "Requirements Catalog" (Príloha č. 1C). The tender will result in a work contract and a Service Level Agreement (SLA). The work must be completed within 17 months from the date of the client's call to perform.
