TENDER DESCRIPTION
“Modernisation of 2 apartments in a building located at ul. Cicha 12A, which will be allocated as training apartments for wards leaving family foster care” The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works covering the renovation of two residential premises along with the renovation of the stairwell, the basement, the boiler room and the utility room in a multi-family building in Płock at ul. Cicha 12A. The residential premises consist of two rooms, a hallway, a kitchen and a bathroom. The renovation of the premises is intended to create apartments that are optimally functional, with full hygienic and sanitary facilities. The works are to be carried out in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge used in construction, using good-quality (certified) materials, guaranteeing durability.
