Modernisation of the hotel facilities in Wrocław – Part III 1. The subject matter of the contract is: “Modernisation of the hotel facilities in Wrocław – Part III”. 2. The Contracting Authority emphasises that the attached bill of quantities constitutes merely auxiliary material, whereas the basis for preparing the tender is the design documentation, the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works (STWiORB), and the remaining technical documentation together with the provisions of this SWZ; 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the scope of the Contractor’s obligations are included in the contract template, constituting Appendix No 6 to the SWZ, as well as in the executive design, the Contracting Terms and Conditions (SWZ) and the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works (STWiORB), the bill of quantities constituting Appendix No 1 to the SWZ. 4.
