TENDER DESCRIPTION

Task No 1 – Execution of the modernisation of the sport facilities support rooms of the CSW facility at ul. Syta 123 in Warsaw, including the relocation of paving blocks and the replacement of linear drainage (ACO). The subject of the contract is comprehensive modernisation of the changing-room and sanitary facilities, installation of axial fans, and replacement of lighting with LED lighting. In order to improve the functionality of the facilities, renovation of the floors, walls and ceilings has been planned. The walls in the bathrooms and in the changing rooms and showers are planned to be finished with ceramic tiles up to the height of the ceiling; ceilings are to be painted with paint for damp rooms. In the changing rooms, bathrooms and showers, porcelain stoneware (gres) is planned. Partial replacement applies to the door joinery; the remaining joinery is to be painted. The existing 4 pairs of external doors are planned to be built in up to the height above the fanlights, with insulation of the space between the doors and the built-in structure.
