Modernisation of a school sports ground – construction of a multi-purpose sports ground at the Special School-Educational Centre named after Kazimierz Kirejczyk in Starogard Gdański 1. The subject matter of the contract is the performance of the modernisation of a school sports ground – construction of a multi-purpose sports ground at the Special School-Educational Centre named after Kazimierz Kirejczyk in Starogard Gdański. 2. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract consists of: 1) the description of the subject matter of the contract being Annex No 1 to the SWZ together with Annex No 1 to the OPZ, 2) the draft contractual provisions being Annex No 4 to the SWZ. 4. The Contractor shall grant at least a 36-month period of liability (warranty under rękojmia) and quality guarantee for the entire subject matter of the contract. 5. The Contractor is obliged to carry out the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described in Annex No 1 to the SWZ, Annex No 1 to the OPZ and in the model contract constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ.
