Modernisation of the buildings of the Office for Artistic Exhibitions and the former Music School 1. The subject of the task is to carry out the modernisation of the buildings of the Office for Artistic Exhibitions and the former Music School, as an investment implemented in the “design and build” formula; therefore, the scope of the subject matter of the contract includes: 1) preparation of design documentation, and 2) performance of construction works on the basis of the prepared design documentation referred to in point 3.2.1 of the SWZ.2. The scope of the investment includes the performance of: 1) preparing design documentation including: the building design (site development design, architectural and construction design, technical design) and the multi-industry execution design; 2) obtaining opinions, arrangements/consultations, permits and approvals resulting from generally applicable and internal regulations concerning the description of the subject matter of the contract; 3) obtaining, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, the necessary administrative decisions enabling the implementation of the investment; 4) preparing bill(s) of quantities, investor’s cost…
