Modernisation of the municipal building in Mikołajów municipal building on plot 99/2, cadastral district Mikołajów, carried out as part of the investment project entitled “Modernisation of the municipal building in Mikołajów”4.2. Scope of the Contractor’s services includes:1) Replacement of windows and doors,2) Renovation of the landing,3) Replacement of the central heating system,4) Modernisation of the water and sewage, electrical installations,5) Insulation of external walls, attics and floors,6) Modernisation of rooms inside the building.4.3. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, describing the scope of the subject matter of the contract, consists of project documentation, STWiORB, Bills of quantities, constituting Appendix No 1 to the SWZ, and the contract template, constituting Appendix No 2 to the SWZ.
