TENDER DESCRIPTION

„Modernisation of the GOK Hyżne building (design documentation)” 1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of complete design and cost-estimating documentation for modernisation and adaptation works of the existing building in the town of Hyżne, together with the effective obtaining of a building permit. Given that the building is a historic monument and is entered in the Register of Monuments under reg. no.: A-1180 of 17.08.1989, preparation of documentation together with an agreement with the Voivodeship Monument Conservator is required. The task includes submitting all applications for obtaining the necessary administrative decisions, arrangements, and opinions required to carry out the investment, along with obtaining all consents and permits for the execution of the task. The design documentation will constitute the basis for preparing the description of the subject matter of the contract in the public procurement procedure for selecting a contractor for the investment task in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law. 2.
