TENDER DESCRIPTION

„Modernisation of a warehouse building located in Radom at Wjazdowa 4, i.e. on the premises of the MPK bus depot in Radom, MPK Radom Sp. z o.o.” The subject of the contract is the modernisation of a warehouse building located in Radom at Wjazdowa 4, i.e. on the premises of the Contracting Authority’s bus depot2. The detailed scope of works and a description of the performance of the subject matter of the contract are provided in the technical documentation constituting Appendix No. 1 to these SWZ, including: 1) Site development design. 2) Architectural and construction design, also including an inventory, an assessment of the technical condition, a floor slab design and the BIOZ information. 3) Technical design of the electrical installations. 4) Technical design of the heat transfer unit. 5) Design of sanitary installations, including: • water and sewer installation, • central heating installation (CO), • fire hydrant installation, • ventilation installation. 6) Bills of quantities. 7) Technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works.
