"Modernisation of a residential building located at 39 Tuszyn" as part of the project: "Modernisation of residential buildings in the area of Bielawa Commune and Dzierżoniów Commune" The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in carrying out the task entitled: "Modernisation of a residential building located at 39 Tuszyn" as part of the task: "Modernisation of residential buildings in the area of Bielawa Commune and Dzierżoniów Commune". 1. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, a description of the requirements of the contracting authority regarding performance and acceptance, specify: 1) Description of the subject of the contract — part III of the SWZ, which consists of technical documentation (site development plan, bill of quantities, STWiOR, permanent and temporary traffic organisation) 2) Draft contractual provisions for a public contract which will be introduced into the contract for a public contract — they form part II of the SWZ — draft agreement.
