Modernisation of a residential building at ul. Słone 33 in Kudowa-Zdrój The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in the modernisation of a residential building at ul. Słone 33 in Kudowa-Zdrój in accordance with the design-and-cost estimate documentation entitled “RENOVATION OF A MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING”. The scope of work in particular includes: 1) Replacement of the roof truss structure together with the execution of a new roof covering, 2) Insulation of the ceiling over the last storey, 3) Renovation of walls and ceilings within the roof attic area, necessary in connection with the replacement of the roof truss structure, 4) Renovation of chimneys, 5) Renovation of the lightning protection installation, 6) Replacement of gutters and downspouts. 7) Installation of gravity ventilation. The result of all construction works will be a building structure within the scope of land and water engineering, which can independently perform an economic or technical function.
