Modernisation of the building of the Youth Culture House No. 2 at Elfów 56 Street. The subject of the contract is the modernisation of the building of the Youth Culture House No. 2 at Elfów 56 Street under the “design and build” system. The scope of the contract includes, among other things: 1) preparation of design documentation, 2) modernisation of the building’s roof, 3) modernisation of rooms, 4) preparatory and accompanying works. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
