“Modernisation of building No 90 Prosektorium within the premises of the Mazowieckie Specialist Health Care Centre named after Prof. Jan Mazurkiewicz in Pruszków” The contract includes a comprehensive service for carrying out construction and assembly works for the task titled “Modernisation of building No 90 Prosektorium within the premises of the Mazowieckie Specialist Health Care Centre named after Prof. Jan Mazurkiewicz in Pruszków” (hereinafter: the Project) and selection of the contractor for this contract (hereinafter: the Contractor), in accordance with the Design Documentation constituting Appendix No 2.1 to the OPZ, and the scope described in detail in point 5 of the Description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Appendix No 2 to the SWZ. The purpose of the planned renovation works, including restoration and conservation works, will be to remove and stop destructive processes affecting the building’s historic fabric.
