TENDER DESCRIPTION

“Modernisation of the village community hall building at the Volunteer Fire Department in Świnice Warckie” - II 3.1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: “Modernisation of the village community hall building at the Volunteer Fire Department in Świnice Warckie” - II. The task is carried out under the Agreement with the Łódzkie Voivodeship Self-Government for granting support under intervention I.13.1 LEADER / Community-Led Local Development (CLLD) – LSR implementation component and the grant agreement with the Gmina of Świnice Warckie. 3.2. The works should be carried out in accordance with building practice (construction art). The tender must take into account costs related to organising the construction site, ensuring supervision of the works by persons holding the relevant qualifications/authorisations, including the purchase, delivery and installation of all necessary materials, carrying out inspections, tests and trials—if necessary—and collecting the documents required by law.
