Modernisation of the community hall building in Stare Biskupice 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works involving the modernisation of the community hall building in Stare Biskupice located on plot no. ewid. 7, cadastral unit 6 -Stare Biskupice, Słubice - rural area, including, among other things: - repair of masonry walls, - construction works on the ceiling above the ground floor of the building, - restoration of the roof structure within the existing outline, - construction of a stairwell with a wooden structure with a one-sided balustrade in the location of the existing4 hatch to the attic, - replacement of the existing roofing covering with clay roof tiles (carp tiles), - execution of new gutters and downspouts, - cleaning the brickwork surfaces of the external walls, - roof and ceiling insulation above the ground floor - anti-corrosion protection of internal steel elements, - protection of wooden elements.
