Modernisation of the building in Janów Karwicki 5.1 The subject of the contract for performing part of the project entitled: "Modernisation of the building in Janów Karwicki", involving the performance of the following construction works changing the method of use of an outbuilding into a public utility building (village community hall function) together with installations in the town of Janów Karwicki on plots no. land register entries 912, 913, 1511, cadastral district 0008 (Stage I of the investment, commencement of works), i.e.: 1) demolition works, 2) execution of lintels and ring beams, 3) execution of masonry works, 4) execution of window and door joinery, 5) finishing works, 6) electrical works, 7) temporary traffic organisation (if applicable). 5.2 The detailed scope and method of performing the subject of the contract are defined by: 1) the terms of reference (SWZ), 2) design documentation, constituting Appendix No 1 to the SWZ, 3) technical specification for the performance and acceptance of construction works (STW and ORB) constituting Appendix No 2 to the SWZ, 4) bill of quantities constituting Appendix No 3 to the SWZ, 5) the tender form, constituting Appendix No 5…
