„Modernisation of the school workshops building of ZST in Lubsko” 1.1. The subject of the contract is to carry out a task entitled „Modernisation of the school workshops building of ZST in Lubsko”. The aim of carrying out the task is to carry out modernisation of part of the school workshops by refurbishing two rooms (1.05 and 1.06 in accordance with the basic construction design) to create hygienic sanitary rooms for boys and girls, which will also serve as WC facilities for persons with disabilities. In addition, thermal conditions will be improved and there will be better comfort for conducting educational classes. Description of the facility - existing condition: The building that is the subject of the investment is located in Lubsko at ul. Powstańców Wlkp. 2. The building is a workshops building. The premises numbered 1.01 to 1.03 together with the roof covering were refurbished and modernised in 2019 on the basis of design documentation and building permit no. 591/2019 dated 24.07.2019.
