Modernisation of pavements on Emilii Plater Street 1. The subject of the procedure is the performance of procedural activities in the basic procedure without negotiations, aimed at concluding a contract for the performance of works entitled “Modernisation of pavements on Emilii Plater Street”.2. The subject matter of the contract is construction works entitled “Modernisation of pavements on Emilii Plater Street in Wałcz”, consisting in carrying out works in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract.3. The Contracting Authority provides materials that will be used for laying paving blocks and the performance of the necessary earthworks.4.
