1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the task titled: Modernisation of part of the Mental Health Centres for 3 rooms under the grant project titled “Infrastructure support for Mental Health Centres for adults and centres/teams of community-based psychological and psychotherapeutic care (reference level I)”. 2. The investment is carried out under a grant entrustment agreement No. U-30397/2026/00/305/2026/258 to the grant entrustment application No. W-30397 under the grant project No. FENX.06.01-IP.03-0007/24 titled “Infrastructure support for Mental Health Centres for adults and centres/teams of community-based psychological and psychotherapeutic care (reference level I)”, implemented under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Programme, co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund, implemented on the basis of the Decision on project co-financing No.: FENX.06.01-IP.03-0007/24-00 adopted by the Minister of Health on 28 February 2025. 3.
